Nine Rooms walks you from first seed to publish-ready files. Most authors ship through Kindle Direct Publishing and Draft2Digital — we built a preset for exactly that.
What the preset includes
- 6×9 paperback trim (KDP standard) with professional margins
- Title page, Copyright Page, & Dedication Page (you'll set the defaults for these later)
- Table of Contents on its own page with live page numbers
- Running header and page numbers
- Export bundle: DOCX (KDP ebook), PDF (paperback interior), RTF (D2D), Cover Art (Conservative and Painterly Options), metadata for publication flows, research notes, character profiles, and much more!
You can choose other trim sizes and hardcover layouts per book later in The Bindery— we'll set that up on the next screen.
